EaP CSF Re-granting to members 2021 – Lot 1 & Lot 2

Following the success of its Re-granting to Working Groups scheme over the past six years, the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum (EaP CSF) Secretariat is launching a Call for Proposals under its new, re-worked Re-granting to Members programme. This scheme aims to support the work of EaP CSF members to develop and deliver on the strategic policy, advocacy and capacity building priorities of the Forum within the regional dimension.

Re-granting to members – Lot 1 & Lot 2

The EaP CSF Secretariat is glad to publish the list of eligible project proposals for the Re-granting to members under Lot 1 and Lot 2.

Find the list of eligible proposals for Lot 1 here and for Lot 2 here.

The tentative deadline for the communication of selected project proposals is 30 September 2021.

This Call for Proposals seeks to allocate grant funding to projects which monitor the implementation of EaP targets, deliverables and related reforms (Lot 1), and  addressing the EaP CSF’s strategic and advocacy priorities (Lot 2).

Proposals should contribute to effective monitoring of the implementation of EaP policy’s new targets and deliverables outlined in the Joint Staff Working Document Recovery, resilience and reform: post 2020 Eastern Partnership priorities published on July 2, 2021 and advancing the strategic and advocacy priorities of the Forum, including but not limited to resilience of civil society, cohesion and differentiation, reconciliation and confidence-building, or the implementation of the green agenda.

The project proposals should particularly focus on strengthening regional cooperation through exchanges of best practices, and coalition and confidence building.

Any project funded through Lot 1 must cover all six EaP countries. Projects funded through Lot 2 should cover at least three EaP countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine) with the aim of developing results with a regional perspective and impact.
