EaP CSF Membership

EaP CSF is the largest umbrella organisation of NGOs from the Eastern Partnership region and the EU counting +1000 members. Since 2009, we are working together to promote European integration, facilitate reforms and democratic transformations in the six Eastern Partnership countries – Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.

How to become a member of EaP CSF?

Membership in the EaP CSF is open to all bona fide civil society organisations (CSOs) from the EaP countries and EU member states that are active in the EU Eastern Neighbourhood or that are working on the thematic priorities of the EaP CSF. These can include NGOs, think tanks, non-profit foundations, trade unions, employers’ organisations, professional associations, chambers of commerce, business associations, national and international CSOs/networks and other relevant civil society actors from the EaP region, but also from the EU Member States.

To be eligible, applicants must be non-governmental, non-partisan (not affiliated institutionally to a political party) organisations that respect democratic values. They should be bona fide, independent organisations in their own right.

NB!

Members of the Forum are organisations who have taken part in at least one Annual Assembly or who are members of one of the six National Platforms.

Delegates are selected every two years in line with the delegates’ selection criteria. Delegates participate actively in the two-year cycle, attending annual Working group meetings and Annual Assemblies, and enjoy voting rights at the level of the Forum.

In short: All delegates are members, but not all members are delegates, given that they may have already completed their cycle.

If you are a EaP-based organisation and you fulfil the eligibility requirements above, you can:

If you are a EU-based organisation and you fulfil the eligibility requirements above, you can:
