In the process of preparing inputs for the global meeting, the EaP CSF representative will carry out an internal consultation about the input to the EU’s Multiannual Indicative Programmes in February. The attendants debated how the EU responds to development issues. Discussions have included: progress toward the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS), the fight against inequalities, climate change, poverty reduction, building resilience and how to create and preserve an enabling environment for our partners.
The Global Policy Forum on Development (PFD) will take place on March 23 – 26, 2020. On this occasion, civil society organizations from all over the world witll meet with representatives from the EU institutions, including trade unions, cooperatives, women’s organisations, professional and business associations, diaspora groups, foundations, and associations of local authorities.
