Socially inclusive and gender-equal employment policy

Together with Bureau of Social and Political Developments (Ukraine), and Research-Intellectual Club ”Dialogue of Generations” (Georgia), Armavir Development Center (Armenia) conducted a study on women’s discrimination on the labor markets of their countries. The study finds that the manifestations and reasons of women’s discrimination, are remarkably similar all across the three countries. Hence, in fighting women’s discrimination, EaP countries can employ and share with each other similar legal best practices.

  • to promote equality in the sphere of employment and decrease discrimination based on gender, age and disability factors
  • to ensure participation of CSOs in the process of strengthening mechanisms of dialogue between civil society and national governments
