Synergy of e-Health and digital skills in Georgia, Ukraine and Moldova: the path to increase resilience of EaP civil societies in crisis times

International Business and Economic Development Center, Georgia, and project partners Business Consulting Institute, Moldova, and Local Economic Development Agency of Yavoriv District, Ukraine, aim to contribute to advancing of e-Health reforms and improving appropriate digital skills in Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine in line with the Eastern Partnership policy framework for 2025 by analysing the situation in e-Health sector, elaborating policy recommendations and conducting wide information-educational campaign in target countries.

Project duration: November 2021 – October 2022

Project aim: The goal of the project is to contribute to advancing e-Health reforms and improving appropriate digital skills in Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine in line with the Eastern Partnership policy framework for 2025 by analysing the situation in e-Health sector, elaborating policy recommendations and conducting wide information-educational campaign in target countries. The research part of the project will contribute to the effective participation of civil society in policy-making and to the EaP governments’ accountability on reforming e-Health sector. The information-educational part of the project will enhance the dialogue between the target national governments, EaP civil society and the EU, as well as will contribute to closing existing feedback loop between citizens and governments in the EaP countries in terms of e-Health. This part will also provide the informational campaign for the support of eHealth solutions in the target partner countries and measures for raising digital skills of citizens in e-Health.
