Supporting Dejure Foundation to mitigate the impact of war

The project seeks to support the organisation in an effort to mitigate the effects of war and allow the organisation to continue its activities as well as support team members.

Project outcomes:

  • Comfortable and safe working conditions for team members in a new office space
  • Evaluation of policies and management approaches, in addition to team building processes which take external factors including martial law circumstances into account
