Project duration: 1 May 2016- 30 November 2016

Aim: to discuss, identify and compare opportunities and obstacles for the higher education system in light of the Bologna Process and develop a joint strategy for civil society actors in Belarus in Belarus, Armenia, and Ukraine within the context of the Eastern Partnership.

Outputs: a strategic consultation based on the Organised Activity Games methodology. Based on the consultation’s results, the project team will develop a report describing project ideas, solution mechanisms and policy recommendations. This report is meant to become a major tool for lobbying on both national and regional levels
