Socially inclusive and gender-equal employment policy

The project finds that the manifestations and reasons of women’s discrimination, are remarkably similar all across the three countries. Hence, in fighting women’s discrimination, EaP countries can employ and share with each other similar legal best practices.

Armavir Development Center (Armenia) conducted this Re-granting project on gender-equal employment together with the Ukrainian Bureau of Social and Political Developments and the Georgian Research-Intellectual Club ”Dialogue of Generations” from March to September 2019. The project partners aimed at promoting equality in the sphere of employment and at decreasing discrimination based on gender, age and disability factors. Furthermore, they set out to ensure participation of CSOs in the process of strengthening mechanisms of dialogue between civil society and national governments.
