Eastern Partnership (EaP) Civil Society Facility – Regional Actions project is seeking applications from companies interested in carrying out a study to assess EU engagement with civil society in Georgia (2014-2017), based on selected indicators from the «EU Country Roadmap for Engagement with Civil Society in 2014-2017».

The assignment is to be carried out in September-October 2018, in parallel with consultations of Georgian civil society organisations on the new priorities for EU engagement. The objective of the assignment is to better understand the achievements of EU support and engagement with civil society in 2014-2017.

All applications should be addressed to welcome@eapcivilsociety.eu, and include the following information:

  • Proposed methodology, including any comments on the Terms of Reference and suggestion for
    improvement (annex on indicators)
  • Proof of previous similar work – presentation of organisation’s experience
  • CVs of experts involved in the study
  • Itemised budget

Deadline for the expression of interest: 3 September 2018.
