Project duration: 6 months (April – September 2017)

Aim: to study the social decentralization system in Ukraine and voucher assistance in Georgia and develop the concept of social decentralization of services in the Eastern Partnership countries.

Outputs: a sustainable system of developing and improving social dialogue and social services in the Eastern Partnership countries through continuous sharing and exchange of experience and information.
